I read an interesting article today from BC real estate association's chief economist.  Most of the 2 second clips on the news these days are playing with our emotions including mine.  It's really kind of them to educate us with a whole 2 seconds news flash.  (sarcasm)  Always get the whole story before you make big decisions and look at your personal scenario.
